Our production is a bit delayed right now but that won't stop us from posting delicious #BPS recipes. Here we have a glorious Hot + Cheesy BPS Artichoke dip. You probably just arti-choked on some drool just thinking about this hot dip. It's quick and easy, and tangy, spicy, gooey, cheesy, and salty. It's so good you don't even have to be as high as Willie to enjoy. Recipe below.
1 can artichoke hearts
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 small can of diced chili peppers
1 very aggressive, heavy handed squeeze/dumping of Banana Pepper Sauce (like 2/3 - 1/2 cup sounds about right.
1 Serving spoon of high quality aioli or mayonnaise
1 8 oz block of monterey jack cheese (or cheddar if that's what you prefer).
Dice the artichokes and mix with chili peppers. Add the BPS and mayo and stir until blended nicely. Grate cheese and just put it all over the top of that mixture. Maybe give the top an extra squirt of BPS. Put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
